今回スティーブはアメリカ、ロサンゼルスにあるとあるボーリング場へ行ってきました。アメリカのボーリング場は日本と違ってまだ少しアナログ感がある操作パネルや古いレーン、古いボール、そしてなんと言ってもさすがアメリカ、ボールが詰まったらしくカスタマーサービスを呼んだのですが対応が悪く、10分待たされてやっと戻ってきたボールは全然違うボールでした。。。日本と比べようがないほど、対応が遅いのはちょっと困ります！
Customer Service in Bowling Alleys: In Japan, customer service strives for a very high level in all sorts of businesses, including bowling; where modern equipment and attentive staff work hard tirelessly to make the customer completely satisfied with their trip to the bowling alley. In America, that is not always the case. Old outdated equipment, broken down lanes and customer service that is not always very attentive. Yet in a recent trip to a Los Angeles bowling alley, Steve experiences most the worst and the "best" part of customer service in an American Bowling alley.
